I know what you mean. I went from working as an electrician, constantly on the move, to working as a programmer, sitting behind a screen all day. Outside of putting on about 60lbs over the past 10 years, it can make you stir crazy. Last year I hung a heavy bag in our basement, and I think it's helpe...

Oh, I had been to sleep, but we have a sick 6yo in the house, and he was throwing up shortly before I made that post. Once I got him back in bed, I was too wide awake to lay down right away.

It always amused me some of the stuff the military deemed secret or need-to-know. Sure, there are things like 'ships movement' that make sense, but I had to shake my head at things like the ratio of our reduction gears or the capacity of our waste water tanks.
