While Buffalo, NY doesn't have po-boys, and things like crawfish and shrimp can end up costing you a week's salary, they do have great Italian food, and more pizza places than you can shake a stick at (virtually no Pizza Huts, Dominos, etc though). However, the one thing that probably sets it apart ...
