I just realized I hadn't posted in this subject. So here goes...I'll skip all the jobs prior to the one I have now.
I work for CACI, an IT company which deals primarily with government and military contracts. I started working for them right after I seperated from the Air Force in 2004. What I do is systems engineering and administration. So I keep my 367 users happy by making sure their systems work and developing new tools for them to use. I am primarily Unix, but I also do all the windows. My daily routine, which there is none, can be anything from editing a script which isnt' working to loading a new software application. The job can be a pain in the arse, but the pay is good so I just shut up and color and consider it a learning experience.
Obviously it's a lot more involved than that, but I don't want to put anyone to sleep with technical crap.
